2015 Inaugural LtCol Chris "Otis" Raible Educational Grant Recipient
Please join us in congratulating Amy Looney, our well-deserved recipient of the inaugural 2015 LtCol Chris "Otis" Raible Educational Grant!
Amy has a demonstrated track record of strong public service through experience in her work with the Travis Manion Foundation. She's currently pursuing her Master's degree in Public Affairs at George Washington University in Washington, DC.
As the widow of a service member lost in a helicopter crash, we are humbled by the opportunity to help her attain her educational goals.
As an extension of our primary mission to honor to the sacrifices made by our fallen air warriors, The Wingman Foundation looks to promote the educational endeavors of those who served and those who are left behind.
